Avante Solutions did most of the building work and new floor.
Building work done by Avante was done within the time frame and quality to the highest standards. Avante projects solutions (Leon) also took the time to come and discuss some design and construction issue, timeously before it could cause any delay on site
All changes made by client or design team were received by Avante projects solutions without complaint. Nothing was too big or too small to handle.
We did an exposed aggregate concrete polished floor, such floor was done by Avante projects solutions and this floor was again done to the highest quality. Once again Avante projects solutions had no problem to come re-coat the floor after the client did not want a high gloss floor finish but a matt floor finish.
We as ARC Architects will be proud to work with Avante solutions (Leon) on any project in the future. We recommend Avante solutions for their high quality of work, time management and always willing to assist with solving problems on site.
